Doug McKillip is of counsel in the McCarthy Law PLC Watkinsville, Georgia office and a member of the Georgia Bar. Mr. McKillip is a native of Athens, Georgia, graduated cum laude from the University of Georgia, and earned his Juris Doctor from UGA Law in 1994. Fulfilling a long-held goal of public service, Doug was elected three times to the Georgia House of Representatives and served from 2006 through 2012. Doug is licensed to practice in all state and federal courts in Georgia.

Doug has been a litigator for over 20 years, and has helped hundreds of clients with divorce, debt settlement, foreclosure, and tax deed issues.
