John E. Stobart is of counsel in the McCarthy Law PLC Corona and Orange, CA offices and a qualified Orange County debt settlement attorney. He has been a member of the California Bar since 2007 and a bulk of his experience is in civil litigation defense and appeals. He has worked on several multi-million dollar, high-exposure liability cases while representing major railroads, product manufactures and other large companies. Mr. Stobart graduated cum laude from Thomas Jefferson School of Law, in San Diego. His B.A. is from the Ohio State University, where he worked for the Athletic Department (including the football team, Go Bucks!) as a Sport Information Intern. Mr. Stobart is the principal of the Stobart Law Firm, through which he faithfully serves the families and small businesses of Corona, California. He is very involved in the city through the Chamber of Commerce. He also serves at his home church, the Inland Vineyard, and at the Christian Legal Aid Office, in Santa Ana. Mr. Stobart takes great joy in helping people work through their financial difficulties. He prides himself on serving his clients, taking the time to answer all their questions and making sure they truly understand all of their options regarding debt. Mr. Stobart enjoys spending time with his wife and three kids. He plays league roller hockey at the Corona Rinks and he is an electric guitar player on his church’s worship team.
